An agent connected with a seller who didn’t want ot sign a listing or sell with an agent. He asked that the agent bring him a buyer and he may work directly with the buyer. The agent trusted us and connected us directly to the seller. We built a relationship with the seller and we were able to help him out. The seller had a lot of asks about extra time to move once the property was sold as he’s moving out of state. We were very flexible and were able to get the seller exactly what he was looking for in relation to price and terms.We also paid the agent a fee on top of our purchase price as well as when we sold the property off.
