Project Update: A Remarkable Transformation

We’re happy to share the latest on our recent project, a property that presented unique challenges and opportunities. The seller hadn’t made updates in 40 years and had tenants living in the house during the process. With a desire for a quick close, she wanted to avoid dealing with shady investors and sought a reliable team she could trust. Our first step was to address the various issues the property presented, including significant foundation concerns, termite damage, and plumbing problems. We also replaced the roof to ensure the home’s longevity. Throughout the renovation, we focused on creating a safe and inviting space, modernizing the home while respecting its character. A memorable moment was when the seller visited during the work and expressed her happiness at the transformation. It was clear how much this meant to her.
