Justin Sanislo

Justin Sanislo joined Resolution VC in September 2024 as the finance manager.  Justin brings nearly 15 years of experience in accounting and various industries including energy, private equity, family office, and manufacturing.  Justin held finance leadership roles in Asia and America and specializes in providing timely payments to vendors, financial analysis, financial modeling, and investment decisions which align with the strategic goals.

Over the past two years, he has been working for Republic Services where he has implemented strict controls while creating a $10 million annual budget in collaboration with the various operating departments. He has advocated and executed multiple process automation initiatives to bring about efficiency to Republic Services operations.   He has been able to do this on the back of a successful track record of leading the finance team to deliver challenging goals under demanding timelines.

He always strives towards creating a productive, welcoming, and friendly work environment, encouraging every team member to achieve their very best to collectively accomplish the company’s goals.  His leadership mantra is “communication, commitment, and positivity.”  Along with management and finance accomplishments he is an avid boater and college football fan.
